Viewing Entries in the Entry Manager

The Entry Manager gives you a quick overview of all entries submitted to your form. You can view all entries in the datagrid directly, search entries by keyword, or filter entries by field or keyword.

TIP! Set up notifications to get an alert each time someone fills out your form.

To browse the Entry Manager:

  1. Log in and go to Forms.
  2. Select the Entries icon.
  3. At the bottom of the page, click any entry in the datagrid to view it.
  4. Use the arrows to navigate between pages of entries.

The datagrid shows the individual entries collected for your form in a table.

To sort entries by specific fields, click the column header. You can display additional fields by clicking the + symbol in the upper righthand corner of the datagrid.

If you want to display more entries per page, create a report with a datagrid widget.

There are two ways to search entries:

  • To do a simple search of all fields, type a keyword in the search bar and press enter on your keyboard.
  • To do an advanced search to filter results, click the magnifying glass icon in the search bar, then create a search condition to target specific entries by keyword.

To filter within the Entry Manager:

  1. Select +Filter at the top of the datagrid.
  2. Select the Field or Entry Info you want to filter by.
  3. Select a condition.
  4. Enter the detail you want to filter for.
  5. Select Apply.

You can filter by multiple fields and entries by clicking the + icon below the filter menu. By default, this links your filters with And logic. If you want to to use Or logic instead, click And to change it.

To edit or delete your filter, click the three dots icon next to My Filter at the top of the datagrid.

Filters are saved using your browser's storage. If you clear your cookies or login on a different browser, you'll need to recreate the filter.

A date filter might be applied that’s only showing you today’s entries. Uncheck the Today’s Entries box at the top of the data grid. If you’re in the new experience, you’ll need to click the tab that says All.
