Wufoo

Themes let you choose style settings to change the look of your forms and reports.

You can design a custom theme or edit an existing theme in the Theme Designer.

To create or edit a theme:

  1. Log in and go to Themes.
  2. From the Theme dropdown menu, choose the theme you want to edit, or select Create New.
  3. Click into each property and adjust the settings until you like what you see.
  4. (Optional) Check the Use Newfangled theme as base box to make your form wider.
  5. Click Save Theme. If you don't see this button, you may not have permissions to create themes in your account.

LogoAdd your own logo, choose one of our pre-made logos, or remove the logo.
BackgroundsChange the background of different elements on your form.
TypographyChoose the font, style, size, and color of all the text elements on your form.
BordersSet the thickness, style, and color of the borders around certain elements on your form.
ShadowsAdd or remove a drop shadow around your form.
ButtonsChange the text of the Submit button or replace it with an image.
Advanced (Custom CSS)Use your own CSS file to style your form.

TIP! When you embed a form on your website, some styling is removed. You can add it back using HTML or CSS styling.

To apply a theme to a form:

  1. Log in and go to Forms.
  2. Click the title of the form you want to apply a theme to.
  3. Click Change Theme at the bottom of the form.
  4. Select the theme you want to apply.
  5. Click Save Form.

To apply a theme to a report:

  1. Log in and go to Reports.
  2. Click the dropdown menu to the right of the report name.
  3. Select the name of the theme you want to apply.
