Managing Your Account
The Account Manager page is the hub for your account settings—it's where you can access your subdomain, activity log, account usage, billing information, and plan details.
To manage your account:
- Log in to your Wufoo Account
- At the top of the page,
- If you're using legacy Wufoo, click Account.
- If you're using the new Wufoo experience, click your username then click Account Settings.
TIP! You have access to the Account Manager if you're the Account Creator or an Admin in the account. If you're a User in a Wufoo account, you don't have access to the Account Manager page.
|Account Usage||This shows your monthly entry limit, the number of forms and reports in your account, and amount of file storage (disk space) you're using. Files uploaded through a file upload field or stored in the File Manager count toward this limit.|
|Activity Log||The Activity Log shows you what's been happening in your Wufoo account. This is really useful if you have multiple users in your account and need to track down when something occurred.|
|User Information||Your name, email, company, timezone, and avatar. Click Change User Information to pop on over to the User Management page where this info can be edited.|
|Subdomain||Your subdomain is the username for the account. It's used in URLs associated with your account, forms, and reports.|
|Plan Details||Your plan type and limits. There are some limits in your account (like users, entries, and storage) that depend on the plan type you have. If you need to increase your limits, you can upgrade your account.|
|Billing Information||On the bottom left of the Account Manager page, you can access your past bills or invoices and payment information. Click Change Billing Information to edit your billing details, like your payment method, billing address, or billing email.|
