Editing Entries

If you edit an entry, the previous entry data is permanently overwritten. There isn't a way to revert changes or see a revision history.

Entries can only be edited by users who have permissions to edit the form.

Editing an Entry in Legacy Wufoo

  1. Log in and go to Forms.
  2. To the right of the form, click Entries.
  3. Choose All entries.
  4. Click the entry you want to edit.
  5. In the upper-right corner of the entry, click the Edit button.
  6. Edit the form and click Save Changes at the bottom of the entry.
  7. Click the View button to switch the entry back to view only.

Editing an Entry in the New Experience

If you're using the new Wufoo experience, follow these steps to edit an entry:

  1. Log in and go to Forms.
  2. To the right of the form, click the l View Entries icon.
  3. Click the ID of the entry you want to edit.
  4. Click the p Edit Entry icon.
  5. Edit the entry and click Save.
TIP! If you have any Admin Only fields in your form, you can fill them out when editing entries.
You can edit entries in the Entry Manager. If you edit an entry, the previous entry data is permanently overwritten.
