If you're on a paid plan, you can replace the default Wufoo logo at the top of your form or report via the Theme Designer.

When you're on the free plan, there's a Wufoo branded footer added to these places:

• Forms, including embedded forms.
• Confirmation pages
• Notification and confirmation emails

This footer is automatically removed when you upgrade to a paid plan.
