Wufoo

PAID FEATURE: Integrations are only available on paid plans.

With the Zapier integration, you can connect your Wufoo forms to hundreds of other apps to streamline your workflow. You can use the Wufoo Zapier integration to automate tasks in various ways after people submit a form, including:

  • Email: Automatically trigger emails through an email tool, like MailChimp or Constant Contact.
  • Project Management: Create a to-do item in a project management tool, like Asana or Trello.
  • Customer Relationships: Connect with customers faster by automatically adding them to a CRM, like Salesforce or Solve.

To add a zap:

  1. Log in and go to Forms.
  2. To the right of the form,
    • If you're using legacy Wufoo, click Edit then click Add integrations.
    • If you're using the new Wufoo experience, click the More icon then click Integrations.
  3. Click Add Zap.
  4. Click use this Zap next to the zap you want to use.
  5. Zapier will open so you can log in and finish setting up the integration. To see the zap in your Wufoo account, refresh your browser.
  6. (Optional) To keep your zaps organized, click Rename to give it a custom name.

Deleting a zap in Wufoo turns off the connection with Zapier. The zap is still in your Zapier account, unless you permanently delete it.

  1. Log in and go to Forms.
  2. To the right of the form,
    • If you're using legacy Wufoo, click Edit then click Add integrations.
    • If you're using the new Wufoo experience, click the More icon then click Integrations.
  3. Click the X on the zap you want to delete.
  4. click yes, I understand. Let's proceed.

TIP! To make a zap active again, toggle it back on in your Zapier account.
