Troubleshooting Exports |
Why don't the fields in the datagrid in my report match the export?
This depends on your datagrid widget settings, specifically whether you have Allow User to View Columns Not Checked turned off or on. To control the data people can export, turn off (uncheck) the Allow User to View Columns Not Checked setting and uncheck any field that should not be seen or exported. To hide data in the report by default, but allow people to expand the fields shown in report or export all data, turn on (check) the Allow User to View Columns Not Checked setting. Why can't I print my report?
At this time, due to technical limitations on our end, you can't really print a report from your browser or save it as nice-looking PDF—the Datagrid widget won't display in full and Graph widgets are not included. We're sorry for the inconvenience! You'll need to export your data as outlined above and use Excel, Google Sheets, or another software to make a printable report. Or you can take screenshots of your report. |
