- Viewing Entries in the Entry Manager
The Entry Manager provides a quick and easy way of viewing entries people have submitted by filling out your form. To get there, log in and go to Forms. Then, to the right of the form, click Entries.
- Managing Individual Entries
You can manage all the individual entries for your form from the Entry Manager. At the bottom of the page, click on an entry in the datagrid to view and manage it.
- Downloading Entries & Reports
You can download individual entries or download entries in bulk from the Entry Manager. You can also export data from reports.
- Editing Entries
You can edit entries in the Entry Manager. If you edit an entry, the previous entry data is permanently overwritten.
- Deleting Entries
You can delete entries from the Entry Manager. When you delete entries, they're permanently deleted. All entry data, files, and comments are deleted and can't be restored.
- Duplicate Entries
There are a several field and form settings that can help you prevent people (or bots) from submitting duplicate entries to your form. This article also covers what you can do to remove duplicate entries that have already been submitted.
- Limiting the Total Number of Form Entries
You can set a form-wide limit on the total number of entries the form will accept. In other words, you can turn the form off after it receives a certain amount of entries. When the limit is hit, the form becomes inactive.
- Your Account's Monthly Entry Limit
Your plan type determines the number of entries you can collect in the account per month. If you exceed your monthly entry limit on a paid plan, you'll be charged $0.05 per additional entry.
- Form Activity & Analytics
The Analytics page shows you some overall statistics and info about your form. Click on Pageviews, Entries, Conversion Rate, Error Score, and Average Time to see the available metrics.
- File Upload Field
The File Upload field lets people attach a file to their entry. Learn about limits for this field, viewing and downloading entries, and managing your storage limit.

The Report Manager is where you can view and manage all the reports in your account. To get there, log in and go to Reports.
- Building a Report
Reports allow you to visually display the data you collected through your form and share the results with others. In order to create a report, you must have an existing form.

A report is made up of a collection of widgets that display your data as charts, graphs, and tables—widgets are the building blocks of reports. There are five types of widgets: Chart, Graph, Number, Datagrid, and Text.

- Sharing Reports
After building your report, you'll want to share it with others to show off your stuff. You can easily share a link to your report, email it, embed it on your site, or download the full HTML of the report.
- Can I perform calculations in a report?
Some of the report widgets do simple sums or averages for you. To do more complex calculations, you'll need to export the data into Excel, Google Sheets, or another software and perform calculations there.

- Tracking Pageviews with Google Analytics
Google Analytics tracking lets you see pageviews on your form using your Google Analytics account. You need to get your Google Analytics tracking ID so you can add it to your Form Settings page.
