  • Ways to Share Your Form

The Share page offers several options for sharing your form. You can share a link to your form or embed it on your own site.

  • Sharing a Link to Your Form

To get the link for your form, log in and go to Forms. To the right of the form, click Share. Choose between the Permanent Link or Title Link.

  • Embedding a Form in Your Site

To embed your form on your site, log in and go to Forms. To the right of the form, click Share. Choose between Embed with JavaScript, Embed with iFrame, and Embed on WordPress.

  • Password-Protecting a Form

You can password-protect a form so that people must enter the password to gain access to the form. To add a password: Hover over the More menu next to your form in the Form Manager and click Add Password.

  • Using Wufoo on Mobile

The Wufoo mobile site is great if you'd like to keep tabs on your forms on the go. Check out all your latest entries, send form notifications to someone's by email or text, or create a form super fast from one of our templates and share it out.

  • URL Modifications

URL modifications pre-populate fields differently for each person that fills out your form.

  • Setting Up Notifications

Get notified when someone submits your form (new entries) or when a user in your Wufoo account adds a comment to an entry (new comments).

  • Email Notifications

Set up email notifications when someone submits your form (new entries) or when a user in your Wufoo account adds a comment to an entry (new comments).

  • Send a Confirmation Email Upon Submission

When someone successfully submits an entry, you can automatically send them a confirmation email to let them know. You can customize the email to include any follow-up info you'd like, and you can choose to include a copy of their entry in the email as well.

  • Using Templating to Customize Notifications & Confirmation Emails

Templating lets you personalize notification and confirmation messages by adding bracketed templates that are dynamically replaced with data and metadata specific to that entry. You could also think of templating as merge tags.

  • Subscribing to RSS Feeds

If you use an RSS feed, you can get notifications when someone submits your form (new entries) or when a user in your Wufoo account adds a comment to an entry (new comments).

  • Text Message Notifications

Set up text message notifications when someone submits your form (new entries) or when a user in your Wufoo account adds a comment to an entry (new comments).
